At 1621p.m. on 21^st Nov., Qingdao VTS received an alert that due to gale the sailboat ZHONGXINYINHANG 9 could not sail back and asked for rescue.

 

Qingdao VTS started the emergency plan immediately. On one hand, report the danger to the relevant leaders; on the other hand, coordinate the rescue power to carry out salvage. HAIXUN 11, BEIHAIJIU 197, BEITUO 721 and Helicopter 7312 took part in the rescue. At last, the sailboat and the persons on board were successfully rescued.
