From 13th to 14th May, Jinan MSA held training on dangerous cargoes management and pollution prevention. Jinan MSA invited some experts from Yantai MSA, Yantai Oil Spill Response Technology Center and Rizhao MSA to be the teachers, and this training’s main content included the knowledge of oil spill identification, irregularly pollution discharge, pollution prevention and investigation method of foreign vessels, etc. This training took various manners and achieved good effects. |
