Presently, Qingdao Qianhai Marine Dept. deployed safety supervision on passenger ship: first, regulate management and safety inspection; second, prohibit over loading and manning deficiency; third, prohibit the risk navigation of the ship; fourth, take several measures to make publicity of relevant traffic rules; fifth, make preparation for pre-alert, and so on.
