0n 10th Feb, the liner ship RIZHAODONGFANG started her first navigation. In order to ensure the safety, Rizhao MSA took the following measures:First, make inspection on the liner ship, and let her rectify the deficiencies. Second, look through the plan carefully and coordinate the relevant departments to make good preparation. Third, use VTS, CCTV and AIS to monitor the ship. Fourth, provide green channel for the ship to leave the port.
