In order to strengthen safety management on passenger liner, on 15^th Feb., Weihai Longyan Marine Dept. organized fire-fighting& life saving drill on passenger liner YONGXIA.

 

The fire-fighting drill of YONGXIA simulated the vessel got fire during the navigation and the drill included three parts: fire alarm releasing, passenger evacuation and fire extinguishing. During the drill, the participants exhibited high fire-fighting consciousness and self-saving ability. And during the life saving drill, because of the effective communication between ship owners and maritime agency, and the quick action of seafarers, the rescue got success in very short time.
