The training of new staff ceremony was held in Qingdao Ocean Shipping Mariners College on October 12^th. Direct of Human Resource and Education Dept. of Shandong MSA Fei Shouen attended the ceremony and made a speech. He presented the significance of the training, and hoped these forty-six novices could comply with the relevant rules and improve themselves by the training.

 

This training lasted one month, including one week of military training and three weeks of theoretical training.
