First, combined with the need of the shipping economy development, Shandong MSA took part in the compiling work of Shandong province “Twelfth Five-Year” port development programme, and also organized the relevant units to make research. Second, edit Port Opening Management Interior Work Programme, identify the standard of port opening. Third, run the responsibility of port opening management and urge the relevant aspects to perfect port safety measures.
