On March 29^th, with the cooperation of the senior pilots and the four tugs, the vessel DEFU 2 which carried the jack-up drilling platform Super M2-H197 left Haiyang for Yantai. Haiyang Marine Dept. of Yantai MSA made advanced preparations and strengthened supervision for the towage.

 

They took the following measures. Firstly, carry out strict examination and permission on towing operations. Secondly, arrange more duty forces and strengthen on-site inspections. Thirdly, make cooperation among the relevant units and emergency response plan. Fourthly, provide the high quality for the towage.
