| Shandong MSA Organizes the First VTS Skill Competition Successfully |

From 10th to 11th Aug., Shandong MSA organized first VTS skill competition at Qingdao.
This competition included three parts: theory exam, operation contest and knowledge contest, which contained international conventions, IMO Resolution, IALA guideline and suggestions, relevant laws in our countries and some practical operational skills.
This competition improved learning, operation and innovation capabilities of VTS officers, and played active role on the personnel construction of Shandong MSA. |
