On 9^th Nov., Rizhao MRCC released wind yellow pre-alert, and Rizhao VTS center strengthens watch-keeping and took following measures: first, pay attention to weather change, and took traffic measures in time; second, strengthen information transferring; third, put focus on communication and coordination; fourth, strengthen supervision on important objects; fifth, take anchor watch-keeping monitor mode.
