On 28th Feb., Yantai Oil Spill Response Technology Center found pollution area at 37°50′36″N、121°48′21″E，37°46′49″N、122°04′51″E by using Satellite Remote Sensing Technology, and Shandong MSA coordinated helicopter of Beihai NO. 1 Flying make research and verification immediately. After that, Shandong MSA used AIS to identify suspicious vessel and reported to relevant MSA to make investigation. |
