Shandong Meteorological Center released the yellow strong wind at sea warning at 0930 on 12 February. A cold wave will sweep Shandong Province from 12 to 14 February with sleet, strong wind and temperature drop. There will be northerly wind with force scale 7-8 and gust 9-10 in Bohai Sea, Bohai Strait and the northern and central parts of Yellow Sea. The temperature will fall by 8-10 degrees in most parts, 12-14 degrees in some parts.
