On the afternoon of May 25, Gangqu branch of Weifang MSA, together with the local shipping and port units, conducted a joint patrol at sea with the aim to strengthen supervisions on ships without name, ship number and port of registry.

The patrol areas included channels in Zhonggang in Weifang port, anchorages and the waters around the shipwreck HAIYUAN19. The patrolmainly focused on the navigation environment in the channels, oil pollution situation around the shipwreck HAIYUAN19 and the ships conducting unlawful operations.A ship without ship documents on board has been found. The ship was ordered to sail to the quay for further investigation.
