Shandong Meteorological Center released the yellow strong wind at sea warning at 1100 on 29 January. From the afternoon of 30 January to the daytime of 31 January, scale 7-8 north-easterly winds with scale 9-10 gust in the Bohai Sea and Bohai Straight as well as in the northern and central parts of the yellow sea.
