On the morning of March 29, the 2019 work conference of the 23^rd cooperation zone of civilized units directly under the provincial government was held in Jinan. Jinan MSA was present the meeting.

At the meeting, the members from the cooperation zone exchanged their experience in civilization building in 2018. Jinan MSA reported the work on the construction of spiritual civilization of Jinan MSA in 2018 and the work plan in 2019. The meeting honored the winners of the 2018 "never forget the original intention, keep the mission in mind" art performance in July 1^st. During the meeting, the participants discussed and approved the plan of civilization construction activities in the cooperation zone in 2019.
