In order to creat the integrated water transportation security system of patrolling by “land, sea, air and space”, on December 3rd, the North Sea Maritime Patrolling and Law-enforcing Corps of Shandong MSA organized an air patrol combat on Shandong peninsula water .

The air patrol plane departed from Qingdao Pingdu Airport and patrolled 11 sea cruise areas with a cruise of 428.79 nautical miles. It took 4 hours and 15 minutes in total, during the cruise, airborne equipment such as photoelectric pod, hyperspectral camera, satellite communication, AIS, maritime VHF radio, BeiDou satellite and acoustic wave dissipator were used. It focused on inspecting the situation of maritime navigation order, the construction operations of water-related projects, the navigation environment of wind farms, the status of special navigation mark, the navigation order of merchant vessels and fishing vessels, anchoring and operating ships, etc.The video data collected by the air patrol was transmitted to Shandong MSA, Yantai MSA, Qingdao MSA, Weihai MSA and the "Haixun 11" ship command center , connecting with the command personnel and law enforcement personnel in real time. In order to ensure the smooth progress of this air cruise, Shandong MSA made a detailed flight plan in advance according to the meteorological sea conditions, water characteristics and air traffic control conditions.
