According to the superior notice and measures, from November 17 to early December, Qianhai (Laoshan) branch of Qingdao MSA organized the joint operation with several departments of Laoshan district to carry out the centralized dismantling and destruction of 72 "three-no " ships which refers to no name, no certificate and no port of registry. Laoshan TV Station conducted an interview on the site of the operation.

Since June 2022, Qianhai (Laoshan) branch of Qingdao MSA, together with other departments and four sub-district offices of Laoshan district, launched 18 special law enforcement actions on all fishing ports and ships concentrated berthing points in Laoshan, seizing 73 vessels in total. After a three-month period of ship identification and public announcement, the total of 72 "three-no" vessels were dismantled and destroyed in late November. Under the command of the scene commander, large equipment such as forklifts and excavators drove into the centralized detention site. With the sound of hull breaking, the "three-no" ships were crushed and dismantled by the mechanical arm. The disassembled hulls, engines and other parts of  totally 72 ships, with the material of 54 wood, 16 glass fiber reinforced platic, and 2 iron will be treated harmlessly.
