The theory examination of seafarers’ competency  delayed due to the epidemic restarts in Yantai University on December 26, 2022. The COVID situation heavies the anxiety of candidates about whether they can attend the examination or not. To solve the most pressing difficulties and problems that are of great concern to the seafarers, YTMSA made great efforts to supervise epidemic prevention and control of examination rooms and examinees, coordinated to perform daily nucleic acid test individually for staffs and examinees and allocated invigilation rationally, so that the exam can go ahead smoothly.
