On the morning of 21 March, Qingdao Maritime Safety Administration organized a video meeting of Qingdao seaborne transport safety " Warning Day ". About 100 participants from Qingdao MSA and other relevant administration departments of Qingdao, port enterprises, shipping companies as well as ship agents attended the meeting.

The meeting informed the post-investigation assessment of the breaking cable accident of “Arzoyi”first. The major relevant companies made reports on implementation of main responsibility of safety production and ship safety measures. Other participating units put forward relevant work suggestions and requirements on dangerous goods ship navigation safety management.

The Deputy director of Qingdao MSA was present at the meeting, informed the recent maritime traffic accidents of liquid cargo ships and the collision accidents of ships happened in Qingdao Oil port area in recent years and proposed three requirements for maritime traffic safety in his concluding speech.
